*Disclaimer: Some of the links I share in this article are affiliate or referral links, which means that if you use them to sign up for any of these tools I may receive a small monetary compensation. This doesn’t affect your experience. If I share a coupon code with you, you get to enjoy it. I only recommend tools that I personally use and enjoy, so I’m sharing with you what I truly use and feel aligned to recommend.

There are so many tasks that need to get done on a regular basis to successfully run a reselling business. In the beginning, I used to do them all on my own. At times it was overwhelming and very time consuming. I wanted to be able grow faster and it was hard. I wanted to list more, for example, but I just didn’t have enough time to do everything I needed to do.

[If you are wondering what these everyday tasks are, I created a Poshmark Seller Checklist that you can download for free here].

As I kept learning about Poshmark from other resellers and on my own through trial and error, I discovered MANY tools that can help make our lives easier, as well as more productive and profitable.

I started testing these tools out and decided to stick to the following 3!

#1 Canva Pro

I use Canva Pro, which is the paid version of Canva, every single day of my life. I use it not only for my Poshmark business, but for the Fashion Entrepreneur Club, Gitana Styling, and more.

According to their site, Canva is a graphic design platform that provides tools for creating social media graphics, presentations, postcards, promotional merchandise and websites.

They have a free plan, which I used for years and then I upgraded to the paid plan about 1 year ago or more. I LOVE Canva.

When it comes to my Poshmark business, I use it to create images for my listings. I can create them in the size I want, with the background I want, edit them, so they are brighter, darker, bigger, smaller, and so much more.

If you need a software to edit your images, so they look more professional, I recommend Canva.  You can start for free and then upgrade if needed. Some features are not included in the free plan.

If you want to test it for free or sign up for Pro, you can go to their website here.

#2 PosherVA

PosherVA is a Poshmark automation tool. It’s a bot that can do certain tasks for you, so you can use your precious time to take care of other things.

I use PosherVA primarily for sharing my listings and sending offers to likers. However, there are so many other things PosherVA can do including connecting with the Poshmark community following other resellers, participating in Posh Parties, and more.

Try PosherVA with my affiliate link and save 20% on your first payment here.

#3 Vendoo

Vendoo can help you track inventory, sales, and analytics with smart tools.

I use it for listing and resisting items, inventory, and to keep track of ALL my numbers.

If you sell on other platforms, you can use it to list items on multiple marketplaces and manage all of them from one place. It now offers AI Listing Enhancement, so it helps you prepare better listings. Plus other amazing features.

If you want to check it out, try Vendoo with my affiliate link and get 25% off on your first month subscription here.

These 3 tools are my go-to when it comes to running my Poshmark closet. They allow me to free up more time, so I can source, list, and ship faster.

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask. I’m here to help!
